About BreezeCalc
BreezeCalc offers free online calculators for finance, health and everyday math. Our goal: actionable answers, not just numbers. Every tool is built to give you a result you can actually use — clear, fast, and free of clutter.
Our mission
Most calculator sites dump a raw number on the screen and leave you to figure out what it means. BreezeCalc does something different: each result comes with context, plain-English explanations, and — where relevant — a breakdown you can act on. Whether you are estimating a mortgage payment, checking your BMI, or converting a recipe, you deserve an answer you can trust and understand immediately.
We believe the web works best when tools are genuinely useful, load instantly, and respect your time. That means no dark patterns, no compulsory sign-ups, and no tracking beyond standard analytics.
How we build each calculator
Every BreezeCalc tool follows the same three-step process before it goes live:
- Research the formula. We start with primary sources — government publications, academic papers, or official standards — to make sure the underlying formula is correct. We never copy from another calculator site without tracing the math back to its origin.
- Build and code the calculator. The tool is coded by hand, with clean inputs, sensible defaults, and instant feedback. We run the logic through dozens of test cases, including edge cases that would expose rounding errors or broken assumptions.
- Verify with real examples. Before publishing, we verify every result against at least three real-world examples: published loan amortisation tables, official health body reference charts, textbook worked problems, or receipts from real transactions. If a single result is off, we fix the formula before launch.
This process takes longer than scraping a formula off Wikipedia and shipping it, but it is the only way we can stand behind the answers the site produces.
Who is behind BreezeCalc
BreezeCalc is run by Alberto Sanz Díaz, a web entrepreneur based in Alicante, Spain. Alberto has been building content-driven web projects since the early 2010s, with a focus on utility tools that solve real everyday problems for real people. He oversees content accuracy, product direction, and the ongoing expansion of the calculator library.
The site is a lean, independently operated project — no venture capital, no advertising network partners calling the shots. Decisions are made based on what makes the tool better for users, full stop.
Accuracy and privacy commitment
We take accuracy seriously. If you spot a result that looks wrong, please contact us and we will investigate and correct it within 48 hours. Every reported error is treated as a priority, because a wrong mortgage estimate or a miscalculated drug dosage converter is not a minor inconvenience — it matters.
On privacy: no data you enter into any BreezeCalc calculator is ever sent to our servers. All calculations run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. The number you type into the loan calculator never leaves your device. We do not store inputs, we do not profile users, and we do not sell data. The only third-party scripts on the site are Google AdSense (for advertising) and standard analytics. You can review our full privacy policy for details.
